Celebrating 30 Years of Partnerships

Greetings,

As we kick off the year fully engaged in the challenges and excitement a new year brings, I wanted to take the opportunity to wish you and your organization great success in 2018.  This year is a very special one for me and for Caliber Associates. It marks the celebration of providing thirty years of search services to the Life Science Industry.  During that time we have remained focused exclusively to this sector and we have had the privilege to work with some of the most successful companies that have been at the forefront of bringing innovation and introducing new therapeutics, diagnostics, and devices that have pushed the envelope in treatment paradigms in so many diseases.

We have met and worked with incredible people that embrace the passion, intellect and dedication to make a truly meaningful impact. During the our first thirty years we have worked with some of the most talented VC’s, Private Equity Firms, CEO’s, and Boards to assemble Strategic Leadership Teams that have accomplished truly great results.  This is a privilege that has been fulfilling, challenging and fun and the results speak for themselves with more than 700 searches completed for more than 150 leading companies.

We take our work very seriously and dedicate the resources necessary to be successful in every project we take on. We have spent decades listening to our clients, understanding and embracing their principals and identifying top talent that will fit with their unique culture. Our belief is that in the search business, bigger does not mean better. As a result I am so proud of the small group of tremendously talented individuals that are part of the Caliber Team.  Every day, they bring the highest level of dedication, professionalism, energy, results orientation and commitment to serving clients.  I am honored to work with the best search team in life sciences.

Today, the challenges facing our industry are still very significant.  There are important unmet medical needs that our scientists dedicate their lives to addressing.  The complex discovery and development cycle is costly and time consuming.  The regulatory hurdles will always be present, and pricing pressure is here to stay.  Now more than ever our industry requires bold and innovative leadership, creativity, and perseverance.  We are so excited about the future and helping our clients to find those individuals who truly will make a difference.

And today, as it was 30 years ago we still take great pride and joy in helping individuals challenge themselves with new opportunities to grow and achieve personal success in a career move.  We take great pleasure in providing our client organizations with strategic talent that will impact and contribute to their success in achieving key goals and objectives.
